Filipino（菲律宾的）mothers carry their babies as they join a simultaneous（同时的）breastfeeding record at a Manila（马尼拉，菲律宾首都）gymnasium（体育馆、健身房）Thursday May 4, 2006. Exactly 3,738 mothers in Manila joined in simultaneous breastfeeding to establish a new record which was aimed at encouraging mothers that there's no substitute（替代）for mother's milk. The current Guinness World Record holder was organized by the city of Berkeley（伯克利，美国城市）Women Infants Program in Berkeley, California when 1,130 mothers simultaneously breastfed their babies August 3, 2002.

2006年5月4日，3738个妈妈在菲律宾马尼拉体育馆同时对宝宝哺喂母乳，此举突破吉尼斯世界纪录。这次活动是为了宣传对于宝宝来说，没有任何东西可以取代母乳。
