The death toll is going by the minute in India where 8 explosions in crowded commuter trains during rush hour(1，交通繁忙时间). At least 147 people are dead, hundreds wounded. Indian officials blame terrorists but no one has claimed responsibility.

Boston's Big Dig tunnel is closed and now the Massachusetts' governor wants to oust a man to oversee the project. This half twelve tons of concrete(2，混凝土) fell from the tunnel ceiling, hushing a woman in a car. The governor says he is taking legal action to remove the head of Massachusetts Turnpike authority.

New York investigators(3，调查员) say the gas line led into a building that exploded was tampered with. At least 15 people were injured in Monday's blast. The building was owned by a doctor going for a messy divorce.
